Because our products are custom-made when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Please review size charts carefully before placing an order
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are processed only for:

Items never delivered (confirmed by the carrier)
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
