At Spin Society, every item is made to order. We take pride in delivering high-quality apparel, and we want you to love what you receive. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

Because our products are custom-made when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of preference

Please review size charts carefully before placing an order

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Misprinted items

  • Items never delivered (confirmed by the carrier)

 

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
